Job summary

In4Matic seeks a Senior Service Manager to join the CISO Office in a hands-on, consulting role focused on governance, resilience, and service management across a multinational environment.

You will own KPIs, prepare executive communications and governance papers, and drive change across a matrix organisation, coordinating with senior stakeholders and steering committees. Fluent English, French, and Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior service management experience with governance, reporting and executive communication.
• Experience owning and reporting KPIs to C-level executives or senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SLA/OLA management, ITIL v2/v3, ISO/IEC 27001/27007.

Responsibilities

• Support operational CISO Service Manager in delivering security and resilience initiatives.
• Own and report KPIs through dashboards, management reports, and executive summaries.
• Translate data into concise executive insights and decision material.
