Pauwels Consulting seeks a high-impact security governance professional to join the CISO office and drive operational excellence across risk, service management, and business continuity initiatives.

You will transform complex security data into concise executive insights and KPI dashboards for senior leadership, while managing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization. Fluency in English, French or Dutch is expected, with a strong governance background.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS / Information Management / Engineering / Business Administration.
• Five+ years owning and reporting operational KPIs to executive leadership.
• Eight+ years in service management and security governance within large organizations.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of security and resilience initiatives within the CISO office.
• Lead domains including cybersecurity third-party risk management and business continuity/disaster recovery.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2.
• Transform operational data into executive insights, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder dynamics and support governance boards and steering committees.
