In4Matic seeks a Senior Penetration Testing Analyst to lead offensive security engagements across infrastructure, cloud, applications and IoT/embedded systems. You will own scoping, testing, reporting and remediation support, mentoring peers and presenting concise executive summaries to management.

The role requires senior-level expertise across Windows, Linux, AD, mobile and cloud environments and fluency in English. French/Dutch skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in offensive security and ability to lead engagements end-to-end.
• Expert-level autonomy and capability to provide authoritative security advice.
• Broad, multi-domain offensive security experience across multiple tech stacks.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French and Dutch are valued.
• Advanced certifications such as OSCP/OSWE/OSEP/GWAPT are advantageous; not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute black-box, grey-box and white-box tests across complex environments.
• Analyze architectures and data flows to identify assets, surfaces and trust relationships.
• Lead scoping, rules of engagement and remediation guidance for engagements.
• Test IoT/embedded devices, firmware and hardware interfaces like UART/JTAG/SWD.
• Assess cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) including IAM, networks, storage and CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate web apps, APIs and mobile apps focusing on OWASP Top 10 and OAuth/SAML/JWT.
• Perform Windows, Linux and AD assessments; conduct exploitation and lateral movement within scope.
• Produce detailed technical reports with executive summaries and present findings to stakeholders.
