EngiFlex BV in Belgium seeks an experienced Security Project Manager to lead security projects in sensitive environments. All work is on-site; remote work is not possible.

You will drive delivery, ensure compliance with security standards, and coordinate with stakeholders. You bring at least 10 years of IT project management in security contexts, Belgian nationality, and a security clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• > At least 10 years of proven IT Project Manager experience in security-oriented environments.
• > Belgian nationality.
• > Security clearance (top secret) or willingness to obtain.
• > Native Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other national language and English.
• > Experience with Agile/Scrum, coaching, and security domains (EDR, SIEM, PKI, Zero Trust, ISO 27001, NIST).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage security projects in sensitive environments on-site.
• Coordinate project delivery using PMBOK/PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory references (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and security authorities as required.
