ITProposal is seeking a Senior Security Project Manager to lead IT security initiatives in a highly sensitive environment in Brussels. This 12-month, full-time assignment starts on 1 December 2026 and is 100% on-site with a daily rate of €1,000.

You will manage complex security projects from initiation to delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust), and drive Agile delivery practices while maintaining rigorous governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT security project management.
• Strong understanding of security governance and frameworks.
• Experience with NIST/ISO 27001 and Zero Trust concepts.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate complex IT security projects from initiation through delivery
• Manage project scope, planning, risks, dependencies and stakeholders
• Apply established project management methodologies and security frameworks
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership and coaching
• Ensure alignment with security standards, policies and governance requirements
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices where applicable
• Support security initiatives involving Zero Trust, NIST, SIEM, EDR and PKI
