The role requires native Dutch or French with English, Belgian nationality, and 100% on-site work. Experience with NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust, SIEM, PKI, and EDR is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven professional experience.
• Strong experience as an IT/Security Project Manager.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and project management.
• Experience with PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Scrum.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust.
• Native Dutch or French, with good knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage complex IT security and cybersecurity projects from initiation to delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide coaching and guidance.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout projects.
• Apply security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare project documentation, reporting, and governance materials.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project meetings.
• Ensure projects comply with security, quality, and organisational requirements.
