Keystone Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master consultant to represent the company on-site at client locations in Belgium. You will deliver expert Scrum Master services within an agile IT environment as part of Keystone Solutions’ consultancy mission.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and protect against distractions while reporting progress to leadership. The role demands strong English and Dutch or French skills, 5+ years of experience, and a pragmatic, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Strong knowledge of agile reporting and tools (e.g. Jira).
• Experience with Kanban and other agile methods.

Responsabilités

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective).
• Schedule and track key methodology steps and progress.
• Coach the Project Team and help remove obstacles.
• Support Product Owner with backlog grooming and DoD/Backlog upkeep.
• Track capacity and velocity for sprint planning and reporting.
• Provide reporting on agile deployment across projects.
• Work in cross-functional agile teams and ensure continuous improvement.

The consultant will represent Keystone Solutions on-site at the client, delivering expert Scrum Master services within an agile IT environment. This is a consultancy mission where you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects.

The consultant will represent Keystone Solutions on-site at the client, delivering expert Scrum Master services within an agile IT environment. This is a consultancy mission where you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.
• Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology.
• Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles.
• Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog.
• Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.
• Coach and challenge the Project Team.
• Help the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization.
• Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions.
• Act as ambassador of agile methods within the company.
• Provide reporting to superiors on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects.
• Risk and issue management.
• Work in cross-functional agile teams, contributing to other disciplines as needed to reach sprint goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira).
• Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling.
• Sound knowledge of software development methodology.
• Sound knowledge of project management methodology.
• Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban).
• Sound knowledge of English as well as at least one local language (Dutch or French).
• Soft skills: positive attitude, empathy, excellent communication skills, pragmatic approach, open feedback and trust, pro-active competence development, continuous improvement, team player, collaboration and autonomy, persuasive power, strategic vision.
