Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Owner for a client-site consultancy mission. You will represent our values while guiding agile teams, owning the product backlog and roadmap, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders across dynamic projects.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, fluency in English with native French or Dutch, and a Master’s degree. 50% on-site collaboration with 50% remote work is expected, with limited travel.

Responsabilités

• Act as Agile Product Owner, representing stakeholders and customers.
• Capture expectations and prioritize with a Product Backlog.
• Ensure Development Team’s understanding and Sprint alignment.
• Own the credit experience for business clients.
• Build the product roadmap and translate vision to the team.
• Draft key functional specifications following agile practices.
• Plan iterations and set priorities for content delivery.
• Monitor Product Backlog and reprioritize business needs.
• Align stakeholders on the to-be-delivered product.
• Initiate priority management and ensure quality.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos).
• Make decisions or arbitrate on delivered functionalities.
• Follow-up of Sprint Backlog and live adjustments.

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Senior Product Owner for a consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions, to be carried out at the client site. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on dynamic projects in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Agile Product Owner, representing stakeholders and the voice of customers, capturing expectations, preferences, and aversions.
• Express and prioritize product needs using a Product Backlog.
• Ensure the Development Team’s understanding of the product and consistency of each Sprint.
• Own the professional credit experience for business clients.
• Build the product’s big picture, including its roadmap, and translate this vision to the development team.
• Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications according to agile methodology.
• Plan iterations and define priorities to ensure proper content delivery.
• Define priorities and monitor the Product Backlog, continuously prioritizing key business needs.
• Align stakeholders on the product to be delivered.
• Initiate priority management, ensure product consistency and quality.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs).
• Make decisions or arbitrate on delivered functionalities.
• Conduct live adjustments and follow-up of Sprints Backlog.

Requirements:

• Agile mindset: positive attitude, pragmatism, thirst for knowledge, focus on team success, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Language: Native French or Dutch, fluent English.
• Education: Master’s degree.
• Certifications related to Product ownership, business analysis, agile methodologies, workshop facilitation, innovation, or design thinking are a plus.
• Limited need for international and domestic travel.
• Telework: 50% on site, 50% homeworking.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Business experience: Expertise in agile methodologies, budget management, and project management (mandatory). Knowledge of the client group and department’s business environment (preferable).
• Soft skills: Strategic thinking, analytical mind, negotiation and persuasion, structured approach, quality-minded, goal-oriented, openness to change, leadership.
