Médiane Benelux is seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join our eDCT project organization, focusing on the Calibration team in automotive engineering. This role ensures agile execution and smooth sprint operations within a dynamic environment.

You will organize sprint content with stakeholders, run sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, coordinate across teams, and contribute to project reporting and alignment on scope and timing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with calibration or software development is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum planning is valued.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead sprint content organization with Calibration stakeholders (Product Owners, Program Manager, etc.).
• Host sprint ceremonies: Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review/Retrospective.
• Remove blockers to ensure smooth calibration task execution.
• Coordinate requests with other Agile teams.
• Contribute to project timing and scope discussions.
