Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a seasoned enterprise transformation lead to drive major IT programs from initiation to closure. You will oversee complex digital solutions, coordinate cross-team efforts, and ensure scope, cost, and quality alignment for delivery success.

The role requires deep SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA experience, strong PM methodology knowledge, and excellent executive communication. Fluency in English plus Dutch or French is essential. Brussels-based, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in IT environments delivering medium to large-scale projects.
• 3+ years experience specifically with SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Strong knowledge of PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-application processes and middleware integrations like SAP PI or SAP CPI.
• Stakeholder negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision facilitation.
• Proficient in JIRA for project tracking and management.
• Fluent in English (C-level) and Dutch or French (C-level) with the other at least B2.
