Job summary

Inetum is seeking multiple Senior SAP HCM Consultants (Functional & Technical) for a long-term freelance assignment in the Brussels region. The role supports a large-scale HR transformation programme in a hybrid working model, with emphasis on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.

You'll contribute across SAP HCM functional analysis and technical development, collaborating with business stakeholders, HR experts, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or Analyst.
• Strong HR processes knowledge and SAP HCM solutions.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise HR business processes and SAP HCM solutions.
• Gather, challenge and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Participate in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses.
• Define data mappings and support integration activities.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to solution design, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the quality, reliability and maintainability of delivered solutions.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultants to support a large-scale HR transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment.

This is a long-term freelance consulting assignment based in the Brussels region, operating in a hybrid working model. Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English is highly desirable. Exceptional SAP HCM professionals who do not fully meet the language requirements may still be considered based on their experience and overall fit for the role.

Whether your expertise lies in SAP HCM Functional Analysis or in a combination of Functional Analysis and Technical Development, we would be interested in speaking with you.

You will contribute to the evolution, optimization and integration of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, working closely with business stakeholders, HR experts, functional analysts, architects and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Profile

Functional Profile

• Strong experience within SAP HCM.
• Expertise in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with functional analysis, testing and business process design.

Technical Profile

In addition to functional expertise, experience in one or more of the following areas is considered a strong asset:

• ABAP development.
• SAP HCM integrations and interfaces.
• SAP HCM Business Integration Builder (BIB).
• Data migration and replication frameworks.
• Troubleshooting and support of complex SAP HR environments.
• Technical design and development activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, Functional Analyst or Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP HCM solutions.
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English is a strong advantage.
