Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Senior Manager Deployment Manager to lead the Transcend SAP S/4HANA deployment across global sites in a regulated pharma environment.

You will coordinate mobilization, solution confirmation, PI execution, testing, cutover and hypercare, manage cross-functional teams, risk, and program cadence, and partner with business process owners and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in large transformation or ERP programs.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry with SOX & GxP knowledge.
• Strong project management, leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer deployment activities across release phases: Mobilization, Solution confirmation, PI Execution, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare.
• Lead cross-functional teams and cadence, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate deployment planning with stakeholders and vendor partners; monitor progress and dependencies.
• Align release plans with IM Transcend programs and ensure governance and controls.
