Job summary

Myn in Brussels is seeking a Senior SAP CRM Support Consultant to lead incidents and changes across a large SAP CRM landscape and its interfaces. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate with process leads and offshore dev teams, and ensure solutions are adopted by business users.

The role requires testing, integration via SAP PI/CPI, BDocs and IDocs, ABAP basics, and collaboration on projects. On-site in Brussels with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP CRM experience in the last 3 years.
• 3+ years in application maintenance.
• Strong experience with SAP Customer Service processes (incl. contact centers) and the Business Partner concept.
• Middleware/integration skills (SAP PI and CPI, SAP MSL).
• ABAP understanding, debugging and minor coding.
• Fluent English (C1), Dutch and French (B2, spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Analyse issues, design solutions and write functional/technical specifications.
