Triglav Digital in Brussels is seeking an experienced SAP Business Partner & Master Data Specialist to support and evolve Business Partner processes within SAP CRM, while driving the transition toward SAP S/4HANA and the future SAP Sales & Service Cloud landscape.

The role involves B2C/B2B customer and vendor management, external identifiers, GDPR processes and data quality activities, plus SAP CRM/S4HANA customization and ongoing support across multiple systems.

Qualifications

SAP Business Partner & Master Data Specialist

For one of our clients based in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced SAP Business Partner & Master Data Specialist to support and further develop Business Partner processes within the current SAP CRM environment, while contributing to the transition towards SAP S/4HANA and the future SAP Sales & Service Cloud landscape.

Key responsibilities

The role covers the creation and maintenance of B2C and B2B customers and vendors, management of external identifiers, GDPR-related processes, and data quality activities such as consolidation, mass processing and duplicate cleansing.The specialist will also support integrations between SAP CRM and external SAP and non-SAP systems.

The position also includes day-to-day functional and technical application support, incident and request resolution, analysis of changes, preparation of functional and technical specifications, and SAP CRM / S/4HANA customizing.

Transformation & Migration

The consultant will progressively contribute to the migration towards SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud V2 and S/4HANA, including migration setup, data migration, validation activities and synchronization between the current and future environments, in close collaboration with the implementation partner.

Required experience

Candidates should have recent hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, proven experience with SAP Business Partner setup across at least one full project lifecycle, and strong experience in SAP data quality management.

Strong SAP CRM experience is expected, particularly across Sales, Service and Marketing, together with integration experience using SAP PI and CPI. ABAP understanding and debugging capability are mandatory. Experience with ILM, CVI, GDPR processes, Business Partner migrations and integrations with ECC, FICA or CDC would be considered an advantage.

Additional requirements

At least 3 years of application maintenance experience is expected. Experience with Agile, ServiceNow, Jira or offshore collaboration is considered a plus. English is required together with either Dutch or French; knowledge of both Dutch and French is a strong advantage.Presence in the Brussels office around two days per week is preferred.
