Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a SAP Data Migration specialist to join the ERP Transversal Business Services team in Brussels. You will coordinate SAP Data Migration for SAP S/4HANA solutions and lead virtual functional teams to ensure migrated data is accurate, complete, and fit for business operations.

The role requires expertise in Business Partners and Material Master in S/4HANA, ETL and data quality management, GDPR compliance, and experience with ServiceNow and Jira.

Location: hybrid - 3 days remote, 2 days onsite in Brussels (some flexibility)

The SAP Data Migration specialist will work in the ERP Transversal Business Services team, where he/she will setup and coordinate the SAP Data Migration for all SAP solutions, as well as to coordinate the virtual functional teams that have a role in those projects.

The specialist acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, data owners, data stewards, functional consultants, and technical migration teams to ensure that migrated data is accurate, complete, and fit for business operations.

You are an expert in Business Partners within S/4HANA and Material Master.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following functional scope.

• Creation and update process of B2C & B2B customers & vendors and material master
• Use of external identifiers for functional processes (sales & service)
• GDPR compliancy in SAP
• Data quality management: consolidation, mass processing, identification and cleansing of duplicates
• BP integration with external SAP & non-SAP systems (including SAP S/4HANA, SAP CDC and SAP C4C V2)

You provide day-to-day excellence in Functional & Technical Application Support which entails:

• End to End responsibility for resolving assigned incidents/requests
• Diagnosing/Analyzing issues and changes, design solutions

Conformity Criteria

• Language: You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written). Dutch or French at C1 level, the other language at least B2, English at least C1.
• Proven experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Proven experience in the set up of SAP Business Partners in at least 1 full project lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• Hands-on experience in data quality management in SAP: consolidation, mass processing and duplicate cleansing
• Ability to create and validate mapping specifications and transformation rules.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops with business users, data owners, and technical teams.

Evaluation Criteria

• Experience with end-to-end migration cycles including mock loads and go-live support.
• Technical requirements: Experience in Business Partner and material master migration from SAP CRM or ECC to SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in CVI (Customer-Vendor Integration)
• Experience in setting up GDPR processes in SAP
• Tooling: Experience in ServiceNow , Jira
• Capable of explaining technical migration concepts to a business audience
