Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant to join its Belgium-based hybrid team. You will lead and deliver SAP BRIM implementations, collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, and drive transformation across subscription management, billing, charging and revenue processes.

The role requires strong consulting experience, deep BRIM knowledge, and the ability to work on complex international projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience delivering SAP BRIM implementations.
• Experience gained within a consulting environment or on complex enterprise SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI) and SOM.
• Knowledge of how SAP BRIM integrates with other SAP solutions and modules.
• Ability to analyse business challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support SAP BRIM implementation and transformation projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Design, configure and implement SAP BRIM functionality.
• Advise clients on best practice processes within SAP BRIM.
• Support solution integration with other SAP modules and business systems.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer and post-go-live support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
• Mentor and support junior consultants within the SAP practice.
• Contribute to the growth and development of SAP BRIM capabilities and methodologies.

SAP BRIM Consultant / Senior Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant to join a growing SAP Digital Transformation practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale business transformation programmes, helping leading organisations design, implement and optimise SAP BRIM solutions. You will work alongside experienced SAP consultants, architects and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions across subscription management, billing, charging and revenue management processes. The role offers exposure to complex international projects, ongoing professional development and clear career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP BRIM implementation and transformation projects
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Design, configure and implement SAP BRIM functionality
• Advise clients on best practice processes within SAP BRIM
• Support solution integration with other SAP modules and business systems

• Ability to analyse business challenges and develop practical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English language skills

Desirable Skills

• SAP S/4HANA BRIM Certification
• Experience working in international project environments
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French
• Experience leading workshops and mentoring junior consultants
