valantic is seeking a Functional Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence. You will guide implementations from the functional side, lead discovery workshops, and shape CRM roadmaps while aligning business needs with IT.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, 6+ years of consulting experience, and proficiency in NL/EN. You will contribute to projects across teams and stay current with Salesforce trends.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in consulting and business analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication.
• Interest in customer data and CRM process optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales/Service/Marketing).
• Proactive and adaptable with a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery workshops and define CRM roadmaps.
• Bridge business needs with IT to deliver functional deliverables.
• Perform (fit-gap) analyses and document requirements.
• Communicate clearly with project teams and customers.
• Be part of the Salesforce CoE, potentially as SME in a chosen area.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce trends and best practices.
• Engage with Salesforce communities to grow knowledge and visibility.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve internal processes.
