valantic BE is seeking an experienced Consultant to guide Salesforce implementations from the functional side. You will lead discovery and requirements workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and bridge business and IT to deliver CRM solutions.

Collaboration with teams and clients is essential to ensure successful project outcomes. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, 8+ years in consulting, and proficiency in NL/EN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics or Marketing.
• Min. 8 years of experience in consulting and business analysis.
• Team player, flexible, independent problem-solver.
• Interest in customer data and processes for CRM implementations.
• Strong knowledge in Pharma, Retail or Manufacturing is a plus.
• Prior experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Knowledge of Agentforce, Health Cloud and Data Cloud is a plus.
• Pro-active with strong NL/EN communication; eager to learn Salesforce trends.

What we are searching for

As a Consultant with min. 8 years of experience in consulting and business analysis, you will be part of our Salesforce Center of Excellence. Because of your strong analytical & leadership skills, you are able to guide Salesforce implementation from the functional side. Your job will consist of a combination of tasks such as leading discovery workshops (defining CRM roadmaps), leading requirements gathering workshops, (fit-gap) analysis, backlog refinement and help with testing where needed.

You will work within a team of colleagues and customers to improve the digital processes of the companies we’re working for and will play a vital role between business and IT to clarify the business needs, implement them and support them further during the projects. Teamwork, commitment and good communication are vital for bringing the project to a successful conclusion!

Your job will be challenging; CRM is an ever evolving and very innovative concept. The big CRM platforms like Salesforce innovate at a high pace, which requires all of our people to stay on top of the latest trends and evolutions (Agentforce for example). Desired Profile

• Bachelor’s degree, university degree or master’s degree (preferred, but not necessary in Business, Economics or Marketing).
• Min. experience of 8 years.
• Team player, can work in a flexible and independent manner, problem-solver
• Has an interest in customer data and processes, which you will use to develop functional implementation plans in a CRM environment
• Strong knowledge in Pharma, Retail or Manufacturing is a plus
• Prior experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agentforce, Health Cloud, and/or Data Cloud is a plus.
• Pro-active and strong communicative skills (NL, EN)
