EASI in Belgium is looking for a Business Consultant to implement Salesforce for a wide range of customers across diverse sectors. You will configure the solution to fit each client and manage multiple projects simultaneously, visiting customers 2-3 days per week.

Starting with thorough, customized training from our field experts, you will learn the Salesforce platform and progressively take responsibility for implementation, configuration, and ongoing customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in management or IT.
• Driver's license B.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or experience.
• Think outside the box and take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented with client contact experience.
• Willing to visit customers 2-3 days a week.
• Multi-project management ability.
• Team player mentality.
• Participate in sales calls.
• Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience.
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

• Implement Salesforce at customers.
• Configure the tool to fit customer needs.
• Analyze and evaluate customer questions and needs.
• Manage schedule independently.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through advisory support.
• Provide standard training to customers on the solution.
• Ensure weekly follow-up of projects under PM supervision.
