Customer Link in Belgium seeks a Salesforce Architect to steer CRM solutions on a global scale within an international, fast-evolving environment. You will own the Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and align architectural foundations with the broader CRM ecosystem.

With 3+ years of Salesforce architecture experience in corporate settings and relevant certifications, you will design scalable data models, integration patterns, and governance standards while enabling strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as Salesforce Architect in an international corporate environment.
• Salesforce Service Cloud certifications or equivalent.
• Experience with integration design and event-driven architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish the architectural framework for customer service and CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Define scalable solution designs, data models, integration patterns and governance standards.
• Ensure business capabilities are delivered consistently with maximum platform value, maintainability and user adoption.
• Align with programme and service architects to translate architecture vision into concrete designs.
• Promote best practices around security, integration, data modeling and compliance.
