Job summary

Verisure is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy Associate to drive analytics that shape our commercial performance. You will work in the Sales Performance team, tackling questions around productivity, incentive models, automation and AI to transform how we manage sales at scale.

You will challenge current processes, own strategic topics from framing to implementation, and partner with Sales, Finance and Controlling to deliver measurable impact across Belgium and Europe.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in top-tier strategy or management consulting or similar high-performance environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with good business judgment and structure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, commercial structures and go-to-market models to identify opportunities for impact.
• Translate complex data and business questions into clear insights and recommendations for Sales leadership.
• Own strategic Sales Performance topics from framing the problem to implementing solutions.
• Manage and challenge commission schemes, including design, calculation, validation and communication to sales teams.
• Develop incentive and bonus schemes with Sales Excellence and commercial teams to drive desired behaviors.
• Build financial models and develop automated tools to speed up decision-making.
• Explore how AI, AI agents and automation can improve sales performance management.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and Controlling to inform key commercial decisions.
