Medtronic is seeking an experienced field-based professional to support Hugo RAS programs across the Benelux region, Israel, and Greece. You will lead adoption, training, and account development, collaborating with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital leadership to optimize robotic surgery programs.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare or medical technology, fluent English, and willingness to travel up to 75% to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in healthcare, medical technology, or related field.
• Fluent in English; legal work residence in Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg/Israel/Greece.
• Experience in operating room environments and clinical stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).

Responsabilités

• Lead Hugo RAS program adoption, growth, and optimization across accounts.
• Meet with stakeholders to set goals, metrics, and account development plans.
• Develop surgeon training plans and support transition to independent practice.
• Create OR staff training plans to accelerate competency in robotic workflows.
• Provide on-site guidance during early program phases and drive change management.
• Collaborate across commercial, clinical, technical, and service teams.
