CONMED is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth of the General Surgery portfolio in Belgium. This field-based role covers the full sales cycle, building strategic hospital accounts and supporting product adoption in the operating room to achieve annual objectives.

This position requires two years in field sales within medical devices or hospital settings, plus strong relationships with surgeons and OR stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum two years of field sales experience, preferably in medical devices, hospital sales or a surgical environment.
• Experience with public tenders, framework agreements, value-based selling is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell CONMED products and services to customers, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing.
• Prepare and execute a territory business plan, updated monthly with account segmentation and pipeline actions.
• Organize time management to maximize customer target audience and set targets.
