MicroPort seeks a European Clinical Training & Demo Manager to lead robotic-surgery training at ORSI Academy in Belgium. You will design and deliver hands-on training, coordinate simulations, and support clinical education for surgeons and OR teams, ensuring safe adoption of robotic technologies.

The role requires strong English communication, clinical training experience, and the ability to work across international faculty, industry partners and healthcare institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English; able to communicate with multinational teams.
• Demonstrated experience with robotic-assisted surgery or simulation-based training.
• Proven project management and organizational skills in a healthcare education setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate robotic surgery training programmes for surgeons and OR teams.
• Deliver hands-on demonstrations across robotic platforms and docking workflows.
• Assess trainees using objective metrics and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop curricula and educational materials for simulation, wet-lab and cadaveric modules.
• Coordinate with faculty, industry partners and ORSI Academy staff to align training with clinical practice.
