Jobgether is seeking a senior IT Automation & Platform Engineer based in Belgium to transform internal IT into a scalable, automated platform. You will architect and operate the business systems ecosystem, connecting Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, HR, collaboration, and engineering tools.

You will build APIs, internal tools, and AI-driven workflows, while prioritizing security, compliance, and Zero Trust practices across AWS and GCP.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT/Platform or related engineering roles, including senior ownership of internal business systems and automation.
• Strong programming in Python, Go, and Bash for production automation, integrations, and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3).
• Proficient in REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth flows, webhooks, SaaS SDKs and integration frameworks.
• Experience with macOS/Linux, SSO/SAML provisioning, identity lifecycle, and Zero Trust models.
• Security/compliance exposure (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) and SaaS architecture knowledge.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for internal services.
• Remote-first or distributed work experience is preferred.
• Interest in AI-driven automation, LLMs, AI copilots, and knowledge retrieval.

Responsabilités

• Architect and continuously improve the internal business systems ecosystem, integrating platform apps such as Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, HR, collaboration, and engineering tools.
• Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across SaaS platforms and business systems.
• Develop automation tooling and internal services using Python, Go, Bash, and related technologies.
• Build internal CLI tools, automation services, dashboards, bots, and ChatOps integrations for IT and operations.
• Create API-driven integrations using REST/GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, and tooling frameworks.
• Automate CRM workflows, data synchronization, entitlement provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and access management.
• Define a golden path for self-service IT workflows, identity provisioning, and developer-friendly APIs.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows for support, knowledge retrieval, ticket triage, and SaaS processes.
• Act as senior escalation for IT support with root-cause analysis and people-centric approach.
• Operate and improve AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure and related security tooling.
• Lead endpoint security, MDM, and identity/security measures with Zero Trust controls.
• Support audits and align with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR frameworks.
• Apply reliability engineering with monitoring and SLOs; streamline processes for efficiency.
