Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support or a closely related engineering role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across web platforms, cloud environments, APIs, and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and diagnosing requests/responses, HTTP errors, and integration problems.
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms, especially OAuth2, JWT, and API keys.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools in production systems.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, ML systems, or data-intensive applications is valuable.
• Strong technical communication and writing abilities for guides, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
• Customer-focused mindset with patience, empathy, and ownership.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams across APIs, platform functionality, UI issues, and integration challenges.
• Support users across email, chat, and Slack with high responsiveness and customer experience.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues including OAuth and API-key authentication and HTTP errors.
• Investigate technical issues by analyzing logs, error messages, and observability signals to determine root causes.
• Manage support cases within SLAs, escalate complex problems appropriately.
• Reproduce and document bugs, communicate findings to engineering for resolution.
• Act as a customer advocate and provide feedback on reliability and performance bottlenecks.
• Assist with feature and infrastructure validation before production releases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Improve developer self-service with clear integration guidance.
