Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks an Infrastructure Engineer – Vulnerability, DevOps & Automation based in Belgium. This remote contract role strengthens security, reliability, and automation across Windows and Linux infrastructure.

You will lead remediation and automated patching initiatives, collaborating with IT stakeholders to ensure compliant, secure systems while driving continuous improvement and automation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT.
• Strong infra engineering experience for Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
• Hands-on with Git-based repos and DevOps practices.
• Experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead vulnerability remediation across Windows/Linux servers.
• Plan and support automated OS patching in prod and non-prod environments.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to validate systems before/after patching.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and change management processes.
• Develop and improve infrastructure automation for scalable remediation.
• Mentor peers in vulnerability and DevOps teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Git.
