Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Engineer in Belgium to join a small, accountable engineering pod. You will build production web software end to end across frontend and backend, using React/TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js on the services layer, with PostgreSQL and AWS in a distributed, event-driven setup.

You will turn ambiguous requirements into clear, testable solutions, own features through deployment and monitoring, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping production web software across frontend and backend.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, React; able to work across the full stack.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or equivalent) and data modeling.
• Professional cloud experience (AWS) and event-driven architectures.
• Strong testing discipline including unit and end-to-end tests (Playwright).
• Experience with AI coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own product features end to end from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate needs into buildable solutions.
• Develop across the full stack using React/TypeScript on frontend and Node.js services.
• Build reliable, maintainable software with clean engineering practices and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit and Playwright end-to-end).
• Leverage AI coding agents and AI-assisted QA to speed delivery.
• Operate and support the software with monitoring and incident response.
• Document technical decisions, estimates, and implementation rationale.
• Take responsibility for delivery commitments and manage risks.
• Provide technical leadership within a collaborative pod.
