Alan is on a mission to reinvent prevention insurance and make health care universally accessible. As a User Care Expert in Belgium, you will be on the frontline helping members via chat, email and phone, delivering an exceptional service.

You will resolve requests, contribute to better processes, and help improve the product while learning about healthcare and insurance. The role is full-time, hybrid with remote flexibility, and offers the chance to join a fast-growing team shaping the future

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-support, education, or communication
• Bilingual English and Dutch
• Passion for caring for members and solving problems
• Love written communication
• Comfort with computers and technology
• Empathetic mindset
• Motivated and entrepreneurial
• Enthusiasm for teamwork, learning and teaching
• Knowledge of Belgian healthcare system a plus

Responsabilités

• Answer member queries via chat, email and phone with a transparent, accurate and helpful approach
• Contribute to improving processes and tools and suggest product improvements
• Develop expertise in healthcare and insurance while helping new members
• Help build and grow the care team daily
