SKIL is seeking a Senior Regional Trade Marketing Coordinator to drive regional activation of international campaigns across Benelux and selected European markets. You will work closely with Sales, European Marketing, local teams, and external partners to ensure timely and consistent campaign delivery.

This hands-on international role blends coordination, commercial thinking, and execution, requiring a strong background in trade marketing and multilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
• Experience in an international environment, preferably in FMCG, durable goods, DIY, or related industry.
• Experience in Trade/Channel Marketing across multiple European markets.
• Understanding of retail activation and trade marketing principles.
• Commercial, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and French; Dutch a strong advantage.

Are you an experienced Trade Marketing professional who enjoys turning international campaigns into strong local activations? At SKIL, we're looking for a Senior Regional Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEA team.

In this role, you'll coordinate and support trade marketing activities across the Benelux and selected European markets. You'll work closely with Sales, European Marketing, local teams, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, consistently, and on time.

This is a hands-on international role where you'll combine coordination, commercial thinking, and execution.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the implementation of regional trade marketing plans
• Translate global campaigns into relevant local retail activations
• Coordinate projects, timelines, materials, and stakeholders
• Support Sales teams and selected key accounts with tailored marketing activities

What you bring

• Experience within an international environment, preferably in FMCG, durable goods, DIY, or a related industry
• Experience in Trade and/or Channel Marketing working across multiple European markets
• A good understanding of retail activation and trade marketing principles

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
