SKIL is seeking a Senior Regional Trade Marketing Coordinator to drive regional activation of international campaigns across Benelux and selected European markets. You will work closely with Sales, European Marketing, local teams, and external partners to ensure timely and consistent campaign delivery.

This hands-on international role blends coordination, commercial thinking, and execution, requiring a strong background in trade marketing and multilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
• Experience in an international environment, preferably in FMCG, durable goods, DIY, or related industry.
• Experience in Trade/Channel Marketing across multiple European markets.
• Understanding of retail activation and trade marketing principles.
• Commercial, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and French; Dutch a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the implementation of regional trade marketing plans across Benelux and selected European markets.
• Translate global campaigns into local retail activations.
• Coordinate projects, timelines, materials, and stakeholders.
• Support Sales teams and selected key accounts with tailored marketing activities.
• Monitor budgets, campaign performance, and KPIs.
• Analyse results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure activities comply with company processes and brand guidelines.
