Ask Athena is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our brand across Europe. You will help develop and execute marketing tools to ensure communications are visually striking and message‑driven.

In this role you’ll craft collateral with InDesign/Illustrator, coordinate with printers, and collaborate with regional teams. A creativity‑driven, organised mindset and English fluency are essential; Dutch/French are a plus. This is a permanent, on‑site position at our European HQ.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communication, or graphic design.
• 1–3 years of experience is a plus.
• Creative and well-organised with a strong eye for visuals.
• A focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of color, layout and branding.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop marketing collaterals (luggage, lifestyle bags & accessories).
• Create artworks and layouts in InDesign and Illustrator.
• Update collateral matrices in Excel and coordinate with printers.
• Coordinate with external printing vendors in Belgium, Hungary and Asia.
• Develop campaign visuals and roll out ads for multiple European countries.
• Support events, trade fairs and presentations; prepare materials.
• Develop Lookbooks twice a year (Spring/Summer, Fall/Winter).
• Create and maintain brand assets and PowerPoint presentations for the retail team.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.

Are you creative, visually strong, and able to bring our brand to life offline? Do you work in a structured way while thinking out of the box? Then you might be the Marketing Coordinator we are looking for.

As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing tools. You ensure that our communication not only looks great but also delivers the right message and connects with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaterals (Luggage, Lifestyle Bags & accessories)

• Management and development of marketing collaterals
• Creation (InDesign, Illustrator) of artworks and layouts
• Updating and maintaining collateral matrixes (Excel)
• Coordination of printed samples & approval flow
• Coordination with external printing vendors in Belgium, Hungary and Asia
• Alignment and collaboration with regional marketing teams (Europe/Asia/USA)

Visual & Campaign Development

• Development of window concepts for wholesale stores
• In store / window POS development
• Collaborate with external partners (printers, agencies, suppliers)
• Rollout of campaign visual ads for multiple countries within Europe
• Help executing promotional actions
• Support events and trade fairs + prepare presentations

Development of catalogues

• Lookbook: twice a year - spring summer / fall winter

Corporate & Brand Assets

• Development and maintenance of corporate PowerPoint presentations
• Creation of onboarding presentations for the retail team and supporting materials
• Management and evolution of brand guidelines

Profile

• You have a degree in marketing, communication, or graphic design
• 1–3-year experience is an added value
• You are creative as well as well-organised
• Working with a clear accuracy is a must
• You have a strong sense of visuals, color, and layout
• You are comfortable working with tools such as: Adobe (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator), PowerPoint, Excel
• You speak & write fluent English (other languages such as Dutch, French are a plus)
• A proactive mindset with a passion for brand building, storytelling and consumer engagement
• You are hands-on, solution-oriented and work independently
• You are a team-player
