SThree Group is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Progressive team in Antwerp, specialising in the Engineering market. You will drive business development, manage key accounts, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for engineering professionals.

In this role, you will expand the client portfolio, build strategic accounts, and negotiate partnerships while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in 360 recruitment across the Engineering sector is essential.
• Proven ability to open new accounts and grow client portfolios.
• Strong negotiation and commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with the ability to work autonomously.
• Mandatory driving licence.
• Entrepreneurial, resilient and target-driven approach.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the Engineering market.
• Open and develop new accounts through proactive business development activities.
• Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and recruitment partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist Engineering positions and deliver high-quality results.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio, developing strategic accounts, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions within the Engineering sector.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Growth

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the Engineering market
• Open and develop new accounts through proactive business development activities
• Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Create and develop strategic key accounts with long-term growth potential
• Negotiate commercial agreements and recruitment partnerships
• Drive revenue growth through consultative client engagement

Recruitment & Consultancy

• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide expert market insights
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist Engineering positions
• Source, assess, and engage high-calibre engineering professionals
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish
• Advise both clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey
• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships

Account Management

• Manage and expand existing client relationships
• Ensure excellent delivery and customer satisfaction across all accounts
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account development
• Monitor project progress and maintain regular client communication

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment
• Strong track record of: opening new accounts, building and growing client portfolios, managing and developing key accounts
• Experience within the Engineering sector is highly desirable
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and target-driven approach
• Valid driving licence (mandatory)
