SThree Group is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Progressive team in Antwerp, specialising in the Engineering market. You will drive business development, manage key accounts, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for engineering professionals.

In this role, you will expand the client portfolio, build strategic accounts, and negotiate partnerships while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Experience in 360 recruitment across the Engineering sector is essential.
Proven ability to open new accounts and grow client portfolios.
Strong negotiation and commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results.
Fluent in Dutch and English with the ability to work autonomously.
Mandatory driving licence.
Entrepreneurial, resilient and target-driven approach.

Responsabilités

Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the Engineering market.
Open and develop new accounts through proactive business development activities.
Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Negotiate commercial agreements and recruitment partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist Engineering positions and deliver high-quality results.
Maintain regular client communication and ensure delivery excellence across accounts.
