Verto People is seeking a Commercial Lead / Senior Commercial Manager to drive cost management across major construction programmes in Belgium. You will lead cost planning, estimates and quantity take-offs, while building strong client relationships and guiding multi-project commercial delivery.

The role focuses on data centre construction projects, providing senior leadership, mentoring teams and supporting business development, with rotation options available.

Qualifications

• 15+ years cost management experience in pre-construction environments.
• Background in cost consultancy or major construction programmes.
• Experience delivering data centre or similar large-scale projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost management activities including estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and quantity take-offs.
• Provide commercial leadership across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
• Support proposals, presentations and business development activity.
• Lead and mentor commercial teams and junior leaders.
• Implement QA/QC processes to ensure consistent delivery.
• Oversee MEP packages with strong technical understanding.
