Bridge Industrial is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust software that supports critical business operations in Belgium. You will collaborate with DevOps, data engineering, and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable backend services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Development.
• 3+ years of Python experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT security for critical infrastructure.
• Backend Python with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Pydantic and AsyncIO.
• Experience with SQL and databases like MSSQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize Python-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define specs.
• Engage with end-users to address service requests and resolutions.
• Promote code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues.
• Work with DevOps, Data Eng, and Architecture teams for integration.
• Ensure secure, scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
