Devoteam Creative Tech in Belgium is seeking a Senior Python Developer to design and develop robust, scalable web applications and back-end services. This AI Augmented role requires you to actively use AI tools in daily workflow — from AI-assisted coding to building AI-powered features and integrations.

You will shape architectures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers while delivering high-quality software across cloud platforms and modern frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Take on a prominent role in the architecture and design of web solutions, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable Python codebases.
• Work with the wider development team to scope out and develop new web applications and back-end services.
• Develop flexible and well-structured back-end architectures using Python frameworks and cloud services.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation workflows.
• Design and implement AI-powered features — including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, conversational AI interfaces, and intelligent automation.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality code.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
