Elastic seeks a Solutions Architect in Belgium to serve as a technical authority for sales teams, customers, and partners. You will understand customer business issues and map them to Elastic Stack capabilities, supporting regional events and partner programs.

You will maintain deep product knowledge, help position Elastic solutions in deals, and drive technical wins while advancing your own growth and continuous improvement within a compassionate, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical presales within public sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• History of successful customer relations and solution architectures meeting goals.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts in the assigned territory.
• Understand customers' goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Build value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Maintain deep understanding of Elastic products to demonstrate value in meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to inform engineering and leadership about needs and gaps.
• Grow sales and technical skills through self-driven education and company programs.
