Job summary

KPMG Belgium is seeking an experienced (Senior) Consultant to support strategy development and transformation initiatives for executive-level clients across Belgium and beyond. You will lead workstreams from analysis to implementation, coach junior colleagues, and help develop proposals.

This role requires collaboration, travel flexibility, and a proactive, AI‑savvy mindset to shape long-term business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and minimum 3 years in consulting focused on strategy.
• Proven experience leading large-scale strategic and performance transformations.
• Strong project management, analytics, and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Expand strategy development and commercial expertise within the team.
• Advise executive-level clients on strategic challenges and market positioning.
• Coach junior colleagues throughout project lifecycles and contribute to proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel as required across Belgium and beyond.
