JLL in Brussels seeks a Senior Project Manager within the Project & Development Services (PDS) department. The role covers offices in Brussels and Antwerp with regular travel expected. You will lead fit-out projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction with strong experience, fluent in French, Dutch and English, and adept at MS Office and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a similar Senior Project Manager role.
• Fluent knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
• Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented and reliable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive-level clients and external teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from A to Z for office fit-out in Brussels and Antwerp, ensuring costs, quality and deadlines.
• Draw up and support the commercial offer, manage contracts and lead project meetings.
• Interface with project owners to understand needs and translate them into fit-out criteria.
• Develop and monitor planning, budget, risk analysis and administrative follow-up.
• Select and manage external contractors and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Coordinate and lead the project team and stakeholders throughout the project.
