Job summary

JLL is seeking an Intern Project Manager in Brussels to support experienced Project Managers across coordinating stakeholders, handling administrative and technical arrangements, and ensuring project progress in line with cost, quality and schedule targets.

Ideal candidates are engineering or architecture students with fluent English and French, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interact with executives, clients and external teams.

Qualifications

• You are/will be pursuing an Engineering or Architecture degree.
• Fluent knowledge of English and French is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential.
• Able to interact with executive level, external and internal clients and teams.
• You are a team player and adapt to evolving situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the project and all stakeholders involved (externals and internals).
• Carrying out administrative, legal, financial and technical arrangements for projects.
• Providing technical, administrative and financial supervision to ensure successful completion.
• Supervising site work, coordinating technical and architectural aspects and reporting findings.
• Monitoring costs, quality, deadlines and HSQE in coordination with the PM.
• Coordinating service providers and tracking progress and invoicing.
• Updating client reports and organising project handover.
