We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in our Project & Development Services (PDS) department in Brussels.

About PDS

JLL’s PDS team manages 36,900+ projects across 50 countries, spanning development advisory, project management, engineering, fit‑out, and asset repositioning.

What This Job Involves

Our Work Dynamics department advises investors, owners, and companies on creating sustainable value and providing project management assistance in construction, renovation, fit‑out, sustainable regeneration, or urban redevelopment.

Missions

• Manage projects from A to Z for the fit‑out of office spaces, ensuring compliance with customer objectives in terms of cost, quality and deadlines, while anticipating and managing project risks.
• Draw up and support commercial offers, manage the contractual relationship, lead project meetings, advise the client in decision‑making.
• Be directly in contact with project owners, identify and understand their needs, translating them into fit‑out criteria.
• Develop and monitor project management tools: planning, budgeting, risk analysis, administrative follow‑up.
• Select and manage all external contractors: architects, designers, BET, MOEX, general contractors, change managers, etc.
• Ensure all parties meet contractual commitments.
• Coordinate and lead the project team, including all internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a similar role and environment.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail‑oriented, reliable, self‑driven.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with executive‑level clients and team members.
