TSL is a leading technical engineering and construction partner delivering complex projects across EMEA. We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction in Belgium, reporting to the Project Director and Construction Director, with responsibility for planning, safety, quality and team leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management and a proven ability to deliver complex projects safely, on time and within budget

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience delivering complex projects within mission-critical, data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Fluent English is essential; Dutch and/or French would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project execution strategies, programmes and delivery plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement strategies and cost control measures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for them.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies where required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and statutory requirements.
• Lead project reporting activities and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Drive a positive project culture focused on collaboration, accountability and teamwork.
• Support commercial and contractual management activities, including change management and dispute resolution where necessary.
• Promote and champion a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture across all project activities.
• Ensure successful project commissioning, handover and close-out.
