Job summary

Q8Truck in Antwerp/Rotterdam is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to drive strategic projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate scope, timeline, and budget while guiding organizational change and ensuring value realization across business units and IT partners.

You bring at least seven years of project coordination experience, are fluent in Dutch and English, and have hands-on knowledge of Prince2 or similar methodologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent level of expertise in economics, business, or related field.
• At least seven years of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Prince2 or similar project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, managing scope, planning, and progress.
• Guide organizational change and coach teams to adopt new ways of working.
• Keep risks and budgets under control and take action when adjustments are needed.
• Strengthen project teams and connect stakeholders across business, IT, and partners.
• Align stakeholders around shared goals from strategy to implementation.
