Q8Truck seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to lead projects end-to-end in a fast-evolving mobility business. You will govern scope, planning, and execution while partnering with business, IT, and external partners to deliver measurable results across the organization.

You bring a master’s degree and at least seven years in project coordination or PM, with expertise in digital transformation. Fluent Dutch and English are required; Prince2 knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, business or related field.
• At least seven years of experience in project coordination/PM.
• Experience in digital transformation projects and with change management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Prince2 or similar PM methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from start to finish, manage scope, planning and progress.
• Develop strong business cases with stakeholders and ensure delivery.
• Guide organizational change and coach teams through new ways of working.
• Keep risks and budgets under control and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with business, IT and external partners toward shared goals.
