Job summary

Q8Truck International in Antwerp/Rotterdam seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to drive complex initiatives from concept to realization. You will lead scope, schedules, and budgets, while coaching teams and guiding organizational change across the organization.

You will manage stakeholders, ensure delivery, and embed new ways of working with a clear business value. Fluent Dutch and English, Prince2 experience, and a master’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• You hold a master's degree in economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• You have at least seven years of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role.
• You fluently communicate in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Prince2 or another project management methodology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, managing scope, planning, and progress.
• Guide organizational change and coach teams to adopt new ways of working.
