Q8 is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to drive international mobility projects from Antwerp or Rotterdam. You will bridge strategy and execution, coordinating people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will manage scope, budgets, and timelines, develop business cases with stakeholders, and coach teams through organizational change in a hybrid, cross-border environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, business, or related field, or equivalent level of expertise through experience.
• At least seven years of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role.
• Experience with digital transformation projects and new technologies.
• You switch between strategic thinking and operational execution with ease.
• Prince2 or another project management methodology is essential.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
