Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Belgium seeks a Senior Project & Integration Architect to lead architecture activities for large transformation programs. You will ensure alignment across applications, integrations, APIs, data, cloud, security, and delivery practices in a client-facing role.

Strong leadership and DevOps experience are essential. The ideal candidate has deep integration expertise, cloud-native knowledge, and the ability to drive architectural decisions in complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Senior architect with leadership of complex transformation programs.
• Expertise in integration architecture, APIs, interoperability, and patterns.
• Experience delivering large CRM or digital transformation programs.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Genesys or similar enterprise tech.
• Strong cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven approaches.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, release governance.
• Can translate business needs into scalable, secure tech solutions.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services) is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead target and transition architectures for large transformation programs.
• Design and govern integration and API architectures across platforms.
• Ensure consistency across applications, data, cloud and security domains.
• Facilitate architecture workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define architecture principles, responsibilities, non-functional requirements.
• Coordinate architecture teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Assess environments, identify risks, and propose modernization.
• Establish integration standards and reusable patterns.
• Contribute to roadmaps, migration strategies, and deployment planning.
• Produce architecture documentation and support delivery transition.
