ICF is seeking a Senior Manager – Project Finance Control to lead financial governance across a complex portfolio in Belgium. You will drive performance, coach managers, and partner with senior leaders to deliver accurate forecasting, revenue recognition and compliant reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in project finance or controllership, strong stakeholder skills, and expertise in IFRS/US GAAP, SOX and ERP systems. Brussels-based, permanent position with global reach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in project finance, controllership, or financial management in a services or consultancy environment.
• Proven senior leadership experience, including managing managers or senior controllers across geographies.
• Strong knowledge of project financial governance, revenue recognition, IFRS, US GAAP, ASC606, SOX and internal controls.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic and operational decisions.
• Advanced financial modelling, reporting and analytical skills, turning data into insight.
• Experience with Maconomy, Power BI and ERP systems; process improvement and finance transformation.

Responsabilités

• Translate business strategy into financial strategy and operating priorities; influence beyond finance.
• Provide senior leadership to the Project Finance Control function in Belgium; set priorities and standards.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and controllers; build capability across finance functions.
• Strengthen financial governance, audit readiness, internal controls and compliance across the portfolio.
• Sponsor process improvement, standardisation, automation and reporting transformation initiatives.
• Own forecasting, revenue, margin, WIP, cash flow and risk exposure for the project portfolio.
