Job summary

ICF in Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager - Project Finance Control to lead the financial governance of a complex project portfolio. You will drive forecasting, revenue recognition, WIP, and reporting, partnering with project managers and senior leadership.

Responsibilities include transforming controls, ensuring SOX compliance, and leading a team of managers and senior controllers across Europe and Asia as needed. The role requires 10+ years in project finance and strong ERP experience.

Qualifications

10+ years in project finance, controllership, or financial management within services or consultancy.
Proven senior leadership experience managing managers and dispersed teams.
Strong knowledge of project financial governance, IFRS, US GAAP, ASC606, SOX.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decisions.
Advanced financial modelling, reporting and analytical skills.
Experience with ERP and reporting systems (Maconomy, Power BI, Excel).

Responsibilities

Translate business strategy into financial strategy and operating priorities.
Provide senior leadership to Project Finance Control in Belgium.
Lead managers and senior controllers, building capability across project finance, compliance, reporting, and business partnering.
Drive governance, audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance across the portfolio.
Oversee forecasting, revenue recognition, WIP, cash flow and risk exposure.
Present financial performance and risks to senior leadership with clear actions.
